Customer Brief: Our clients had owned their terraced property since the 1970s and decided that it was time to bring it in to the 21st Century so as to become the home of their son and his wife. They wanted the home to provide all modern facilities and for a range of improvements to be carried out to both, the building fabric as well as the exterior of the home.

Onis Approach: In order to improve the use of space, we built a single storey side extension which now houses a newly created breakfast room and an enlarged kitchen for the family to enjoy. Along with new engineered wood floors and fresh clean walls throughout we upgraded the structural integrity of the house along with all the plumbing, heating and electrical services. We also reduced the size of their garage to make way for a bigger garden. The family is now keen to use what was previously under-utilized space in their now fully modernised victorian terraced home.
