Customer Brief: Based abroad, the clients requested a full design and refurbishment service with a continued involvement during the process. Their newly acquired London flat had not been refurbished for quite some time. The client wanted better space and layout solutions including the swapping of the master bedroom space for a kitchen space and vice versa, the creation of an American style laundrette and 3 new bathrooms. The finishes for this flat are high end and include bespoke carpentry such as wardrobes and radiator covers. The flat now has a clean and modern look throughout.

Onis Approach: Close communication was kept with the client throughout this project primarily via email. Attention to detail was required during the design stages as the clients seldom visited the project yet knew exactly what they wanted to see when they got there. The end result is a high end refurbishment of a flat which was conducted whilst keeping the new neighbours happy through and through. Even cleaning their flat from time to time!
