VAT's the way to do it |

The opportunity to take advantage of the Government's VAT reduction is coming to an end. As from January 1st 2010 the VAT rate is set to revert back to 17.5% from its current rate of 15%. Lets put some real figures to play here to see what kind of a saving this has meant for our customers and could mean for you. Last month we commenced a full refurbishment in South London with a net contract value of £143,000. As only 15% VAT is applied our customer saved £3,575. And this month an extension project in North London has been moved forward by the customer when it became apparent to them that starting the project before Christmas instead of afterwards would save them enough money to pay for their entire Christmas! Here is a table of how much VAT you will save doing your project before January 1st 2010.
So if you want to have a bigger stocking this Christmas please contact us today on 0800 840 4028 and let us help make your home refurbishment easier (and cheaper). |
