Robert A Sliwinski, BSc, FRICS - Managing Director 
Robert is responsible for leading the Onis Living team and ensuring that all
operational systems, policies and procedures are in place and working according to the company´s strategy and of course our customer´s expectations. Robert is an expert in the administration of construction projects and frequently provides the Onis Living team and our customers the benefit of his
considerable industry knowledge and experience. Robert is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered
Surveyors, a Chartered Arbitrator, CEDR accredited Mediator and a former
practicing barrister.
Steve Penn - Head of Projects 
Steve is your single point of contact throughout your entire project. He has responsibility for the efficient, effective and professional delivery of all Onis projects of all sizes from basic cosmetic works through loft conversions, extensions and complete refurbishments. Steve has over 20 years property and project management experience in both the commercial and residential sectors and is passionate about his commitment to clients. He has worked with numerous corporate clients such as Tom Tom, AEG (owners of the 02 centre, formerly the Millennium Dome), Lloyds of London, American Express and Navigators Insurance Group.
Lola gaji - Customer Care Manager
Lola ensures that our customers have a channel to vent any concerns or issues they may have with their project. She troubleshoots and provides invaluable feedback to the project team in real time therfore helping them to prevent any matters from going on too long or in most instances from ever emerging at all!
Steve Barton - Communications Advisor 
Steve is responsible for ensuring that Onis communicates its service offering clearly and accurately. He brings over 20 years of communications agency experience having worked for agencies such as OgilvyOne and Leo Burnett on blue chip brands such as Microsoft, IBM, Kodak and Unilever. He was elected President of WOM UK, the Word Of Mouth association in 2007 and he is a regular speaker at conferences and corporate events on such topics as word of mouth marketing,
advertising, and relationship marketing. Steve grew up in Rocky River, Ohio and graduated from Brown University in 1984 with a degree in Organisational Behaviour and Management.
James Cockin - IT Support 
James develops and maintains Onis' systems and provides technical advice and support which
ensure we manage our operations cost effectively and in accordance with our
ethos. He has designed Athena, our online Customer Relationship Management System, which allows our team on site and in the office to receive and maintain information in real time so as to manage your project efficiently. James has over 15 years of senior experience in the
IT industry in roles from advanced technical development to project management
with responsibility for teams of up to 30 staff.
Teri, Ellie and Tina - Our Receptionist Team 
Our receptionist team is available to answer your calls and your
queries from 8:30 am until 6pm Monday to Friday. Our team leader is
Teri and she makes sure your calls are answered and directed to
the appropriate person in the manner you'd expect. If however for any
reason she is away from her desk then Ellie or Tina will be there instead to answer your call.
